• Dr. Fernando Santiago Nápoli is a Surgeon, degree obtained at National University of Córdoba, (M.P. 21548 – Matrícula Nac. 1277723).
• He was born in Córdoba, Argentina and he is currently living there working as a doctor in several positions and specialities.
• He served in the Provincial Departement of Labour and, later, as Inspector in charge of the Medical Advisory Pre-Occupational Medical Examinations between 1985 and 1993.
